The First visit to your child's dentist

Your Child’s First Visit

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that every child should have their first visit to the dental office scheduled by their first birthday.  This gives your child a head start at a healthy future and gives you a chance to ask the dentist all the questions you may have on your child’s behalf.

Preventative services

For children as well as adults, we believe that prevention is paramount.  Along with thoroughly discussing your child’s unique needs with you, we also provide protective dental sealants and fluoride varnishes and oral hygiene instructions to reduce their risk for cavities.

Gentle staff and a friendly dentist help ease your fears

Gentle, anxiety-free dentistry

For our anxious patients, we offer a safe, light sedation to help them relax.  That, combined with our compassionate and friendly team, will have them excited to return for their next visit.

Mouthguards are important for active kids

Sports Mouthguard

Do you have an active child who enjoys sports and outdoor activities?  Then it’s a good idea to consider getting them a mouthguard to protect their teeth while they’re bumping around out on the field.

Depending on your child’s needs, we also provide space maintainers and habit-breaking appliances.
